Why REXA
REXA employs 175 employees in three U.S. locations: West Bridgewater, MA, Tomball, TX, and Austell, GA. We also have a number of employees internationally.
If a well-established, people-oriented organization in the industrial process industry interests you, we would like to hear from you.
Internship Program
REXA offers internship opportunities throughout the year.
During your internship, you will learn how to build our product and work alongside our engineers. The program enables education while allowing REXA to assess your potential fit and performance as a future full-time employee.
Ideal candidates would be Freshmen or Sophomores enrolled in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree programs at an accredited institution who would be able to work full time or part time during all academic breaks.
Benefits and Compensation
REXA believes that our employees are the driving force to the achievement of our mission. We provide a competitive and comprehensive benefit and compensation package that is structured to reflect our employees’ expertise, commitment, and overall contribution to the company’s success.
Our compensation package begins with a competitive base salary, augmented by a discretionary annual bonus program.
