Our certified technical training program is designed to meet customer’s specific needs with the use of interactive equipment-based learning. REXA’s training courses are formulated for operators and service technicians, and are taught by industry experienced instructors. Basic Xpac Training
- One-day course
- Accommodates 10* trainees
- Course held at a REXA training facility or customer location¹

– Actuator layouts and features
– Display and keypad functions
– Operating parameters
– Cable types and functions
– Electrical installations
– Mechanical installations
Advanced Xpac Training
- Two-day course
- Accommodates 6* trainees
- Course held at a REXA training facility or customer location¹
- Course topics:
– REXA nomenclatures
– Actuator layouts and features
– Display and keypad functions
– Operating parameters
– Cable types and functions
– Electrical installations
– Mechanical installations
– In-depth troubleshooting
– Hands on repair
– Optional equipment review
– Product gen. improvements
Customer Specific Training
- Two-day course
- Accommodates 6* trainees
- Course held at a REXA training facility or customer location¹
- Course topics:
– Customer control scheme
– Upgrades and available options
– Maintenance and troubleshooting
– Option to complete training with customer spare assembly (input power required) - Ability to customize multiple classes to cover onsite shifts (8-hour durations)

* The standard course price covers the quantity of trainees listed above. However, REXA will accommodate 4 additional trainees per course for an additional fee. Please provide REXA with a finalized headcount, in advance, to allow for proper staffing and materials.
¹ Please note, for sites located outside of the United States, the customer will need to provide training demos. REXA will offer training demos for an additional fee.
